I have over 5 years experience in field production and editing. The
job opening is for a Programming Coordinator and as part of the
responsibilities there's the creation of programming master grids. Now
for the life of me I don't know what's that or how's done.

I want to get a contract drawn up that will allow me to film a person.
I want to beable to film them with all sorts of cameras as they carry
on there daily life. I want to record what they say to people and
record them driving there car, at work, ect ect.
Heres the catch, Im hoping I will find a person who will sign the
contract without reading it properly. If I do then me and my team can
secretly film the person so that they act like they always act in
there normal life. My questions are.
Do I need to tell them there being filmed everytime I film them?
Can I film them in there own home if I know the home own and have
permission to put secret cameras and recorders in there house? Or even
if I own the house and let them stay with know rent?
Do I need to tell them or show them the footage at any time?
Could I make a sort of reality tv show out of this person with the
footage, and can I put it on the internet, or even tv if it gets big?
Can I also show things they probably wont like, from picking there
nose to them being naked?
Do I have to pay them or give them anything in return? If so can I
just pay them a £1
Can I make money of there footage in anyway, by advertisements or even
selling the programe on so someone else can continue and take over?
Will I have to stop filming at anytime, if the person dosnt know then
how can they ask me? and hopefully the person wont find me again so
the person wont beable to ask me anyway. What about if the person says
on film i dont want to be filmed but i just ignore him?
Will I have to stop if he suffers from phsyco logical issuies, or
becomes paranoid, or becomes a threat in anyway? Will some kind of
governing body tell me to stop or is it up to me when I stop?
What happens if he goes crazey and causes a criminal act because of
being filmed? Will I be in anyway liable?
Can the film be used to get the person introuble if he is filmed
breaking the law?
So any experts with contract writing out there? any lawyers. Please
say if your a professional or give source to any infomation that might
help me set this up :)
Please answer each question individualy rather than giving one answer
to all unless its all legal illegal :)
